This Privacy Policy describes how NeetQuizzes (“we”, “us”, “our”) at https://neetquizzes.com collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or use our website and services.

This Privacy Policy also applies to the QZeX mobile application.

When you use QZeX, we may collect and process information necessary to provide the app’s features, including:

  • Account information such as your name, email address, profile photo, username, and user ID when you sign in or create an account.
  • Authentication information when you sign in using Google or other supported login methods.
  • Profile information that you choose to provide in the app.
  • Quiz activity, results, responses, and other activity associated with your QZeX account.
  • Content or files that you voluntarily upload where supported by the app.
  • Technical information required for the app and its connected services to operate securely and reliably.

Google Sign-In and Firebase

QZeX uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication to authenticate users.

The app may also use Google Firebase services, including Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage, to store and manage account information, user profiles, app content, and other information required to provide QZeX features.

Firebase services are provided by Google and may process information in accordance with Google’s and Firebase’s applicable privacy and security terms.

WordPress and QZeX Backend

QZeX may communicate with services operated through neetquizzes.com and its WordPress-based backend.

This communication may be used to provide quizzes, synchronize user accounts, retrieve quiz information, save permitted user activity, and provide other QZeX features.

How We Use Information

Information collected through QZeX may be used to:

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Authenticate users and maintain secure login sessions.
  • Provide user profiles and app features.
  • Display and process quizzes and quiz results.
  • Synchronize information between QZeX and our backend services.

QZeX users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Where account deletion is available within the QZeX app, users can use the account deletion option provided in their account or settings area.

Users will also be able to request account deletion through our publicly accessible account deletion page.

When an account deletion request is completed, personal data associated with the account will be deleted except where certain information must be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Children’s Privacy

QZeX is an educational application and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, remove the information.
